The 2009 thread Error ... at (eval 75) line 7974. contains some useful ideas for tracking down the source of such warning (or related error) messages.
In particular, setting $^P to 0x100 will help you identify the location of the eval causing the problem. See perlvar#Variables-related-to-the-interpreter-state.
