You need to configure your web server (IIS I assume) to handle Perl scripts as a proper CGI application.

I don't do much with Windows and it's been 10 years since I've touched IIS, but I think this guide may help you.

Thanks, stevieb. I'll look into that in more detail later today. At this point, both the HTML page/form & the Perl script are on the same PC. Will that matter?	[reply]

Nope, that's the most common configuration. Note though that I'm not familiar with what version of IIS is on the newer version of Windows, so if it isn't IIS v7, the procedure will likely be similar but not exactly the same.	[reply]
