I kind of feel this was a bit premature. These days, almost every time I try to do something non trivial in Perl 6, I encounter a bug. And performance still is not great. I'm afraid people will be disappointed when they open the gift

When I look at the pace of rakudo development, it seems to me that December 2016 would have been more reasonable. By then there will probably be a better documentation system, more perfomance and features, and fewer bugs.
