Once again, I refute that there was any "inaccuracy", but I'll bite.

What term do you believe should be used to refer to a collection of data that is encoded in one of, or a mix of, the Unicode encodings other than "Unicode"?

Without requiring the use of the full italicised lump of text above.

    Text; mixed-encoding text; a bunch of broken garbage that for some reason some hackers think is the responsibility of a standard that was ignored and not the devs and users who created garbage. I’m not being pedantic and I didn’t earn an epithet.
