I completed my B.E from Nagpur University in 2004 with first class. Later did my M.Tech in Microelectronics from IIT Bombay in the year 2007. After completion of my masters, joined Maxim Integrated as Device Modeling Engineer and worked there in the field of CMOS, HVMOS, DMOS, Passives, Diodes, ESD, Bipolar device’s compact modeling since past 8 years. So pretty much all the devices that can be fabricated on a chip! I have also worked extensively on CMOS device Reliability(HCI/NBTI), SOA etc over the years. I am used to measure devices myself and then do parameter extraction. I have worked on measurement of DC, CV characteristics, Reliability(Lifetime) measurements and WaferPro measurements. I have also worked on writing QA s‎crip‎ts and Cadence Assert coding and QA. Currently I am working at GlobalFoundries as MTS in Device Enablement group. I have used Perl earlier but now I am starting to use it on regular basis!
