Reaping doesn't destroy it's just limiting readability for readers without login ... like bots.

And beech was capable to repost the "destroyed" content because he bothered to get a login. Like Your Mother I think that reaping was too strong, but I agree with Corion that off site snippets should be discouraged. So it's a dilemma. Personally I don't have the resources to spend much energy on educating anonymous monks, I think none of us really has. If they are regularly here they should get an account. The system isn't perfect and we all need to compromise. So reposting the content in a proper way should solve the issue. This was done, thanks to beech.
