but

cpan PAR::Packer
[download]

(pp is part of PAR::Packer)

I did try "cpan PAR::Packer" as well, same issue. But I did find a solution in an old StackOverflow post regarding a similar problem for pp verison 1.013 (they are on 1.032). http://stackoverflow.com/questions/11750022/cannot-install-module-pp-on-windows-7-64-bit-with-strawberry-perl	[reply]
