How to get all the hyperlinks from the xls sheet

sen has asked for the wisdom of the Perl Monks concerning the following question:

How to get all the hyperlinks from the spreadsheet (hyperlinks not visible in excel sheet directly)

I need to extract the hyperlinks from the excel sheet.

Please advice.
