    Either use length() on the page, or look at the Content-Length header.

    Also, remember one of the golden rules of Perl Monks: use less stress;.

    You don't need to have a row of exclamations at the end of the title on every post you create.
    It looks spamish. Try a more informative title like, "Getting document size of web pages" or something.

    when I saw your first post, i thought, man just chill.

    after I saw this one, I sounded like cartman from southpark and thought to my self "you go to hell and you die!".

    I sincerely do not want anybody to die, but please read the faq for hints of netiquette (i never thought we'd actually need a netiquette section, but maybe...).
