The OP was not clear on what interface they where using. But you are right.
If they want to get cookies from chrome will be a lot trickier then IE. Some people use this for chrome cookies SQLite Database Browser.

Cookies and Storage are not the same thing and both are supported by all modern browsers.	[reply]

Sure, but JavaScript, cookies, geolocation, specific sites, and pretty much everything can be disabled in all modern browsers too so … :P	[reply]
