The ppm repo on bribes.org has v1.42 of Net::SSH::Perl compiled for 32bit Perl from v5.6 up to v5.22

ppm install http://www.bribes.org/perl/ppm/Net-SSH-Perl.ppd

cf: http://www.bribes.org/perl/ppmdir.html

If that version of the module would work...
