Fair enough. Though I might retort:

  1. linguistic: from the french:linguistique.
  2. impurity: from the french:impurité


With the rise and rise of 'Social' network sites: 'Computers are making people easier to use everyday'
Examine what is said, not who speaks -- Silence betokens consent -- Love the truth but pardon error.
"Science is about questioning the status quo. Questioning authority". I knew I was on the right track :)
In the absence of evidence, opinion is indistinguishable from prejudice. Not understood.

    Impureté. He, he. In the sense of "trashing the mother tongue with foreign words." This accusation is a bad habit very common in Germany, even or especially in conservative so called "quality newspapers". You got a cat too (impurité)?

    BTW, see Plain English. "Fighting for crystal clear communication...". What an ambitious motto. Slightly modified it might be a real cool footer: "Fighting for crystal clear Perl programming...". See also this. A drink or two might help to overcome the Sauregurkenzeit.
