Unix: just type cpan on the command line.
Windows: if you installed ActiveState, there should be a ppm.bat file in the <drive>:\perl\bin folder (or what ever folder you did install perl. Double click on it should start the Perl Package Manager, then you can search and install required packages.$ cpan Terminal does not support AddHistory. cpan shell -- CPAN exploration and modules installation (v1.7602) ReadLine support available (try 'install Bundle::CPAN') cpan> install Term::ReadKey CPAN: Storable loaded ok Going to read /glb/home/nldvo7/.cpan/Metadata Database was generated on Fri, 06 Nov 2015 04:29:02 GMT Running install for module Term::ReadKey Running make for J/JS/JSTOWE/TermReadKey-2.33.tar.gz . . .
