I searched it on metacpan and other websites as well but just couldn't find a module named exactly IniReader. Note: I run Trinotate and it uses IniReader module.

IniReader.pm is part of the Trinotate distribution. I've never used this package, did you follow the installation notes?

I use the pre-installed trinotate. I checked the folder PerlLib and didn't find Inireader.pm in it.

I'm not familiar with the software, however the 'missing' library can be found in the distribution the documentation suggests using for installation. If someone else installed this for you ('I use the pre-installed trinotate.') it may be an idea to report this to them since you can't find this file where it should be.

It's supplied by Trinotate itself in PerlLib/IniReader.pm.
Yeah, this was the interesting thing that I checked the PerlLib folder under trinotate home directory and didn't find it. So shall I re-install trinotate or just copy a IniReader.pm file from elsewhere?

Please follow the installation procedure from the software documentation.
