If you are using Perl you seldom need to resort to using the command line to get work done. Don't use curl. Don't use mail. Instead read the suggestion Corion gave and the documentation for MIME::Lite. When you figure it out you'll be surprised how easy it is.

    I tried to change the print from $Output but the problem I was having was that I would receive errors when trying to input the urls in place of PG1CSV and PG2CSV
