The reason I wasn't upgrading earlier was that I was running Debian stable (Potato). Now that Woody is nearly ready for release, I've upgraded to that. Everything is shiny and new and I'm happy(albiet Tie::DBI-less). The changeover gave me a chance to rejig some routines and speed them up a bit, so I don't miss it.

If only Dominus had released his EZDBI three days earlier I'd be ecstatic.
