in reply to blockchain Someone ?

Which blockchain, the bitcoin blockchain or the generic concept of a blockchain? Seems like there's no readily available documentation for votolegal-api, search results for votolegal are not in English. If you want to work with Bitcoin try Super Search or your favorite search engine.

Generic concept of a blockchain, basically the one that drive bitcoin, but could be autonomous, or private.

Sorry it's taken so long to reply, when I've not been very busy I've been distracted. Firstly the Bitcoin isn't as anonymous as people think. Do you really want a private blockchain? If so how will this work? "They are authenticated by mass collaboration powered by collective self-interests" How will you achieve this? I see a lot of posts (especially from marketing people) talking about Bitcoin and Blockchain and often see the same misunderstandings. There is no use Blockchain qw(MyOwnPrivateBlockChain FranksSideChain); one stop solution, because that isn't what the technology delivers. You can interface applications to interact with an existing Blockchain. Are you really looking for something along these lines or do you just want a Distributed_database?

I really loved to have some kind of private blockchain. it could be based on existing crypto-money but not interconnected to. I do not plan to pay with, only to exchange some signed order among some partners. The basic part of the blockchain is enought for me, but has you said there is no such "blockchain". So my guess is that I may rely on some private use of ethereum or other project like hyperledger, but there is no Perl support for these. By the way thanks for your constructive reply, it helps much more than other flat comment about how long I have been not posting or were else I did ask for informations.
