I added a warning as suggested although I think it shouldn't happen because empty string should come with a newline attached to it.

See here https://github.com/elcamlost/perl-DBD-ClickHouse/pull/4. I'm using HTTP-ClickHouse now because author of that module accepted my report, and author of ClickHouse is not responsive anymore.
