The search site is SAFE. It is README links ( e.g. http://search.cpan.org/src/ABW/Template-Toolkit-2.26/README) of individual modules that are blocked. Norton's explanation does not seem reasonable for that type of document. I am asking the user community if they think I should believe Norton. If not, who is the responsible person who could negotiate with Norton to resolve the issue and how can I request them to do it. UPDATE: Now I am confused. I can access the desired page from perlmonks using the link above. Bill	[reply]
