    The search site is SAFE. It is README links ( e.g. http://search.cpan.org/src/ABW/Template-Toolkit-2.26/README) of individual modules that are blocked. Norton's explanation does not seem reasonable for that type of document. I am asking the user community if they think I should believe Norton. If not, who is the responsible person who could negotiate with Norton to resolve the issue and how can I request them to do it.

    UPDATE: Now I am confused. I can access the desired page from perlmonks using the link above.

      It would therefore seem that Norton is more concerned about where the link is coming from than it is about what the link points to.

      (It's heartening to know that Norton trusts perlmonks ;-)
