From "This Week on Perl5-Porters":
chromatic
P5P is in awe of the patience and test writing ability of chromatic, who has, in a very short time, given us exhaustive new tests for B::Terse, Dumpvalue, CGI::Fast, CGI::Push, CPAN::Nox, Term::Cap, Tie::Scalar, Term::Complete, ExtUtils::Command, less, open, filetest, sigtrap, warnings::register, and a bunch of patches to older tests. Thank you!
Congratulations, chromatic!

    Thank you all.

There's plenty of things to be done, from perl-qa to perl-smokers to cpan-testers. The pay is lousy (send money), the hours are okay, but someone can find a place for anyone who wants to help. Your name could be here next.

(Even if you're not a teenage wonderboy or crochety old procrastinating author, that is.)

japhy also deserves a nod, as his P5P contributions made the digest this week too.

Where would these new test suites be found? And are there guidelines anywhere for what a test suite should actually test? TbR
