Three is no reason to worry yet. In the Vatican, they have 4.5 (per square kilometer).

    The Vatican (i.e. the actual city) has an area of ~0.44 square kilometers according to Wikidata, so its pope density is actually 2.27 popes per square kilometer.

    Your point still stands, of course.

      The retired pope is still alive and is living in a monastery inside the Vatican... :)

      Update: ie 2*2.27 == 4.5x

      Man, my HoA has a limit of 3 poops per Km^2. I'm moving!

      Wait... what!?
