According to https://srcc.stanford.edu/farmshare2/software-perlbrew this is a perlbrew message from a perlbrew use perl-5.20.1 command. Could you have commands like that in some .rc file?

i dont perlbrew, but it seems the command should be perlbrew use 5.20.1 anyway.

It's an alias:

marto@shemp ~ $ perlbrew use 5.16.0

A sub-shell is launched with 5.16.0 as the activated perl. Run 'exit' 
+to finish it.

bash-4.2$ exit
exit
marto@shemp ~ $ perlbrew use perl-5.16.0
