Without ECMAScript, ActionScript, ActiveX, CSS2–3, et al that webpage is not interactive. My answer was targeted at the possibility of the OP’s somewhat opaque question being misconstrued—as indicated actually but there does seem to be a falling away from RIF among a couple of the more prolific nonamemonks—because the word “interactive” was used.
