    Not easy to search, but thankfully Google scanned some old books from the American Congress Library.

    It's from a letter Seneca wrote to Lucilius.

    Translation says

    "Dem Schlaf geneigt zu sein verbeut er dem auf Flucht sinnenden..."

    Well ... makes sense! xD
