CGI is no longer part of the core, and I don’t think that any such module will ever replace it.   There are lots(!) of application frameworks in the CPAN library which will allow you to construct a web-server in just a few lines.   One that I saw being used to run a very large e-commerce site was CGI::Application.   It handily put-to-shame the notion that “good ol’ CGI” can’t do heavy lifting.

Unfortunately, your post is so terse that it really does not give any indication of what you have in mind to do.   Please log in as yourself (or snag a new account) and write another, more detailed post.   The community will be happy to steer you in the right direction for your project.
