I investigated that a bit further.

I randomly selected a few reviews^[1,2,3] from "Book Reviews". All had the voting radiobuttons (++/--/+=0); none had the voting submit button ([ vote! ]).

It looks like a general problem; not just specific to oldtechaa's "Modern Perl" review.

Yeah, I suspected a general issue with reviews, before this post reporting an issue I can't recall the last time I opened a post within this section :/	[reply]
