Nice, a suggestion, cpanm is faster than cpan and you can replace your command prompt actions

perl Makefile.PL
dmake Makefile
dmake test
dmake install
[download]

With:

cpanm .
[download]

This also has the advantage of cpanm dealing with prerequisites of pp, should they change.
