the account should be locked out. plain and simple. No. Creating a new account takes just a few seconds, so that won't help. Quite the opposite. We would spend a lot of time to lock out sock puppet accounts. I prefer to have it the way it is. The monasty has a few local idiots, and their accounts are well known. A few monks still feed those trolls, and newbies are usually warned quite fast this way.
