I'm a morning person who worked 2 years of night-shifts (the things I do for the sake of pushing back the foreskin of science). After a year, caffine started to make me wig-out, so it's been water ever since. It's embarassing when guests are over and I don't know how to make a decent cuppa. (English tea is another matter - strong enough to float an iron wedge, as my mother used to say)
