See the response I gave you two days ago.
Change
$csv->print(\*STDOUT, [$_, @{$data{$_}}]) ...
to
$csv->print(\*STDOUT, [$_, @{$data{$_}}, SKEW]) ...
where SKEW evaluates to your new column datum.
