    I think the thigh is part of the leg. But I am not a butcher and this is not butchering advice.

      Here in the Netherlands you can buy breast, legs, wings, hearts (really tasteful btw), and thighs. Out of the normal chicken-meat, the thighs are imho the most tasteful bits.

        Here, they also sell necks. My mother used them to prepare soups or to feed our dog.
