When I would ask someone "what's written in Python these days" he'd probably mention things like pandas, scikit-learn or keras.

When I DDG'd those they turned out just to be python libraries. Not very interesting or useful to someone who doesn't already program in python. The equivalent would be JAPH giving RPi::WiringPi, Map::Tube and BioPerl as examples, say.

In contrast. Tau Station is a stand-alone product usable by people who aren't programmers at all. It's no comparison. (and that BTW is why I thought it worthy of posting as news - YMMV)
