Is there anyways i can make a TCP / UDP server with a TCP / UDP script that when executed opens a shell via the remote server and from the server you can execute remote command without SSH?

    Yes, there is. But since it's 2018 why not just use SSH and benefit from all of the identification, encryption and compression goodies which come as part of it?
