Nope, it's missing on both platforms.

X:\>perldoc -f ==
No documentation for perl function '==' found

X:\>perl -v

This is perl 5, version 24, subversion 1 (v5.24.1)

My first working test was with Win/5.16 (later Linux/5.18).

Most probably a regression between 5.18 and 5.24, perlop is still showing the entry.
