mpersico has asked for the wisdom of the Perl Monks concerning the following question:

I am looking for https://metacpan.org/author/DBURDICK. I would like to use his https://metacpan.org/pod/Boost::Graph, but it has no LICENSE file and is out of date. Attempts to contact via email and cpan email were unsuccessful. Anyone know his contact information? Thank you.

Even in the absence of a LICENSE file, the README does say that it is on the same terms as Perl itself and identifies itself as free software. Does that help?

How long have you waited for a reply?

CPAN has procedures to follow in cases like this. See:

Maintain a module when author is unresponsive,

    ...and

    How to adopt a module.

Also, I found this in the POD. Note that lack of a LICENSE file doesn't mean there isn't a license:

Copyright 2005 by David Burdick This library is free software; you can redistribute it and/or modify it under the same terms as Perl itself.
