Ah, I had the mistaken assumption the log files were printed to stdout and redirected by Test::Harness. So I thought it was some issue with the testing module.

$PM = "Perl Monk's";
$MCF = "Most Clueless Friar Abbot Bishop Pontiff Deacon Curate Priest";
$nysus = $PM . ' ' . $MCF;
