This might be a bridge too far, but can you make Windows 10 Toast Notifications in Perl? Through Win32::OLE perhaps? Anyone able to offer guidance, or better yet, example code?

    Considering that it apparently can be done in Python, I would not think it "a bridge too far". The bigger question is if someone here has needed to do so already.

    Ouch! Probably this can be done via PowerShell using backticks, system or IPC::Run. Yet another guess. Regards, Karl
