Most definitely! Have you gone to the Apache site and downloaded the recent Win port? Also, there is another version that is exceptionally useful if you are deving on a Win box. It marries CygWin (Linux inside win - stable) and Apache into one install for the beginner to the pro - called CAMP (http://apache.dev.wapme.net/packages/) - really kick-starts the transition from one platform to another.

I am not a "real" Windows hater (those that know me, know my dark past ;) ..but I gotta say, this tool makes straddling the fence a heluva lot easier.
