Actually, no, it wasn't fully functioning, because I had issues with "too many logons", that was why I posted in the first place :-)

    What happened exactly, was your UIN banned on ICQ or did it just not allow you logon for a specified length of time or something similar?
      The UIN gets blocked for a specific amount of time (An hour?).

      If you were writing a script that ICQ'd someone very occasionally, I guess you could get away with a client that just logs in, sends and quits, but if you want to parse and deal with replies, you need to be running the client full time. My problem is i don't know how to pipe requests to and from this running client. Perhaps this is a new post
