Before posting to Seekers of Perl Wisdom, it's a good idea to use Super Search to see if anyone has asked this question before.

In this case, searching for image size would bring up Size of an image (Corion) (amongst others). Searching for fetch URL brings up RE: Re: Grabbing a Web Page.
