Maybe you should try seeking a camel doing unkind things to the coffee, rather than a pea?rl. Should be easier to knock something up yourself, too, if you don't find anything that already exists.

i think it'd be cool to see a personified camel attacking a cup of joe with a chainsaw labeled 'Perl', and angled in such a way that you can see that it's wearing a camel code T-shirt.

Well if this is going to degrade into a, "cool logo suggestion" thread, I wouldn't mind seeing a camel with a picture of a coffee cup strapped to it.
Please note if you create this logo that O'Reilly does have a trademark on the use of images of camels as symbols of Perl, and you should follow their guidelines. (Which are fairly generous as these kinds of things go.) | [reply] |
Cool, I like that suggestion... While I strongly agree with some of the above suggestions, I need to be carefull not to offend the 'upper management' that will be at the meeting... I might have to open up an image editor and have some fun. :) I'll share the results when I get something worth while...

It searches images you know. The Perhaps try GIMP to put to pictures together, this may involve some effort..
