in reply to windoze execution

I seem to be ballyhooing the perl2exe tool, but I really truly love it. It has saved my life many times. I find that it is much easier to use perl2exe to compile my scripts for others to use. With them compiled they do not need Perl install on their local workstation and I do not need to worry about them inadvertently modifying the scripts. I have had the best luck with perl2exe and I haven't had many problems with it. You can even use it to compile GUI applications.

Well, the only problem is that it would cost me $110 US to get the pro version. Quite frankly, it's not even close to worth it to me. Any other ideas?
