in thread Time Granularity on Newest Nodes

That may not make much sense.. say you logged in, went to the newest nodes page, found some interesting question or reply, which was possibly written only few minutes before (they sort by newest first..), in the same window went to read that post. When you come back to newest nodes page, it doesn't show you all other new nodes (which were below the one you read) because you already have checked the page recently.

A bit confusingly formed idea.. Hope you get what I mean.

    You're right.
I was imagining (though didn't mention, oops) a "Mark all nodes as Seen" option.

That got lost in my post, as I was thinking (or, not thinking at the time) the server could perform some magic, or something.

    :-)

    What I meant was:

Could we have the option of setting a timestamp and then requesting all nodes newer than the last timestamp? This would allow the user to "Mark all nodes as Seen" or something, and then limiting the list to "New nodes since (the timestamp)"

Sorry for the brain cramp... :-)
