For some reason, when I visit http://perlmonks.org/, I am logged in, but when I visit http://www.perlmonks.org/, I am not. It's probably because the cookie has a host/domain component of "perlmonks.org" and not ".perlmonks.org", but I'm not an expert on the subject of cookie domains, so I could be wrong.	[reply]
