Hey Clive, thanx for explanation.. duh, i should have
figured that out. The URL where i found the original
script has lots more, but they all rely on cgi.pm and
777 chmod. My ISP doesn't have net::ftp in it's perl
module list, so i guess i might risk the 777 since i'm
the only one who knows about the script. 'evil grin'
