I hope this doesn't seem too elementary. This is as much for monks reading this as for you :)
If the module is huge, or in several parts, use h2hs to create the shell of a distribution. The following assumes that you are not using XS or autoloading.
h2xs -A -X -n Module::Name
From there, write your tests (you are writing tests, right?), then update your docs, include the files in the MANIFEST file and use make dist to create a proper tarball distribution. You can post the POD output here and provide a link to the distribution. I think that would be the cleanest way for us to give good feedback (assuming monks are willing to download it and take a look).
