I think the Personal Nodelet may do what you want. The Personal Nodelet contains a list of nodes that you have added, and a link add "<title>" that adds the node you're currently viewing.

If the Personal Nodelet doesn't appear among the nodelets on the right hand side of the page, you can turn it on in your User Settings.
