I really appreciate your help, but could you help me to understand what you are saying. Are you saying that I should use X2PCONF::Num_OF... in X2PCONF.pm? I am sorry I am quite confused on this one.

I'm saying you can do that OR you can declare `$Num_OF...` in X2PCONF.pm with use vars OR you can declare it with our in X2PCONF.pm. (Note that the last option requires perl version 5.6 or greater.)	[reply] [d/l]
