For stuff like that, I use something like:

    for i in `seq 273`; do
      GET "http://www.my-site.com/mydir/?Page=$i" > $i.html && echo $i
    done
[download]

GET is very handy. It comes with the Perl LWP modules. If you don't have seq, you should write it; it's a three-line Perl program.
