I would suggest substituting www for kiev in all links, I had some difficulty contacting the server as kiev. I'd also suggest providing supplemental links to O'Reilly's copies; 1997 1998 Finally, bring the list up to date with 2001.

    Also, one could supplement with Larry's 1999.
    (According to google there are no public copies of 2000 and 2001 on his server)
